Introduction
Tesla Model S electric automobile 2023 Seres New Energy Made in China
Vehicle model: Model S
Vehicle type: pure electric sedan
Place of Manufacture: Some models are made in China (Tesla Shanghai Superfactory), some models are made in the USA.
Interior Configuration
Centre Console: The centre console is equipped with a 12.3-inch LCD instrument and a 17-inch floating centre display, which is full of technology. At the same time, the car is also equipped with a wrap-around woodgrain veneer and silver chrome lines, greatly enhancing the overall sense of luxury.
Steering wheel: a half-spoke Yoke racing steering wheel with a unique design. The steering wheel integrates wiper and light functions, while the gearshift function is embedded inside the centre display screen for convenient operation. In addition, the steering wheel also supports electric up and down + front and rear adjustments, steering wheel memory and steering wheel heating and other functions.
Seats: The interior seats are made of imitation leather and the wrapping is in place. The front seats are ventilated and heated, compatible with different driving needs in winter and summer; the rear seats also support the heating function, bringing passengers a more comfortable riding experience.
Power Performance
Motor Configuration: The Model S Plaid edition is equipped with a three-motor all-wheel drive system, which consists of three independent motor rotors with carbon fibre protection sleeves for torque vectoring.
Acceleration: Depending on the configuration, the Model S accelerates to 100 kilometres in different times. The Model S Plaid, for example, accelerates to 100 kilometres in just 2.1 seconds, demonstrating exceptional acceleration.
Range: All Model S models feature an updated battery architecture that maintains high performance throughout continuous track driving. Depending on configuration and test standards, the range in CLTC conditions ranges from 672 to 715 kilometres.
Charging speed: Thanks to the new battery module design and thermal management system architecture, Model S charges faster. A 15-minute charge at a Tesla Supercharger station can replenish up to 347 kilometres of range.
Intelligent Driving and Safety Features
Intelligent Driving System: Model S is equipped with the Tesla Vision vision processing system, which detects nearby vehicles to reduce the risk of collision and assists with parking. At the same time, the vehicle is also equipped with a standard ‘Basic Assisted Driving’ package, which can automatically assist in steering, accelerating and braking based on other vehicles and pedestrians in the travelling lane under active monitoring by the driver.
Active safety features: All new Model S models come standard with Tesla's latest active safety features, including automatic emergency braking, at no additional cost. In addition, the vehicles are equipped with safety features such as Lane Assist, Forward Collision Warning System, and Cabin Camera.
